MOSS CAKE 
3/4 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 bar German sweet chocolate, grated (save 1/3 of the choc. for top)

Mix as given. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Frost with a boiled frosting, sprinkle with chocolate.
