CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 lb. box graham crackers
Duncan Hines dark choc. icing

Beat milk and pudding, let set in refrigerator until firm. Add Cool Whip; mix well. Layer graham crackers and pudding; top with graham crackers you have spread chocolate icing on. Smooth edges of crackers with icing after on top of cake to make look smooth.
