1 pkg. any instant pudding (I like butterscotch or choc.)
1 oz. Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Prepare instant pudding and mix with Cool Whip and nuts. Slice cake in thin slices (3-layers). Spread pudding between layers and top with additional nuts.
