ALASKA CRAB CHOWDER | |
1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. butter 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup 1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. frozen corn, thawed 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed 1 tbsp. chopped pimento In 1 1/2-quart saucepan saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except the crabmeat and pimento. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Stir in the crabmeat and pimento; heat a few minutes longer. |
