8 unsweetened canned peach halves, undrained
1 stick cinnamon
1 clove
Pinch allspice
Pinch nutmeg
2 packets Equal

Drain the juice from the peaches and reserve. Combine the peach juice and the spices in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Place the peaches in a shallow baking pan and pour the juice over them; bake covered at 300 degrees until the juice is thick, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and add Equal. Serve hot.
