IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. canned pumpkin (16 oz.)
1/2 c. bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Cinnamon and nutmeg on top

Put all ingredients in your blender together; blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
