IMPOSSIBLE SEAFOOD PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat and shrimp, thawed and drained or 1 can crab and 1 can shrimp
1 c. shredded process sharp cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix seafood, cheese and onions in pie plate.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Any remaining can be refrigerated.

I serve with sliced pineapple and cottage cheese decorated with a cherry.
