NO BAKE CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
Graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 can cherry pie filling (you can use any flavor)

Pour mixture of cream cheese, Cool Whip, and sugar into graham cracker crust. Top with pie filling. Set in refrigerator for 1 hour. This makes enough for 2 (9-inch) pies.

Mix it by folding everything together as to not break up all the cherries into pieces and freeze it and its ice cream!
