NICK'S QUICK 'N TASTY CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
6 bacon slices, chopped
1 medium or large onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes (Hunts)
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can beef stock (Swanson)
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheese, for sprinkling
1/2 cup onion (for topping)
1/2 cup dairy sour cream (for topping)

Chop and cook bacon till desired crispness and set aside.

In the same pot add garlic and onion and sauté until tender. Add ground beef, cook till its almost done. Add spices, tomatoes, beans, bacon and stock. Let everything simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve hot topped with cheese, onion, and dairy sour cream.

Colder weather arriving next week. Chili time. This has to be close to perfection - so will definitely fix. Going on my index card files - even before. Only addition I might add = hot sauce. Thank you for posting... Please post any other recipes you might have!
