QUICK & EASY VEGETARIAN CHILI 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. can chili beans with sauce
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. corn
1 sm. can Campbell's chunky vegetable soup
Taco seasoning mix

Serve over spaghetti with grated cheese, if desired.

Saute onion and green pepper in small amount of oil in large pot until veggies are soft. Add 1 large can of chili beans with sauce, 1 can tomatoes, 1/2 cup corn, 1 small can Campbell's chunky vegetable soup and thicken with 1/2 pack taco seasoning mix. Season to taste with salt, pepper or chili powder. Optional: Add any leftover veggies on hand, i.e. carrots, green beans, broccoli, etc. Simmer 20 minutes.
