TURKEY MACARONI PIZZA 
1/2 of a (1 lb.) pkg. Creamettes Elbow Macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
1 pkg. (about 1 lb.) The Turkey Store Premium Fresh Lean Ground Turkey
1 med. green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. sliced onion rings
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 to 1 c. (2 to 4 oz.) shredded lowfat Mozzarella cheese

Prepare Creamettes elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain. In medium skillet, combine The Turkey Store Premium Fresh Lean Ground Turkey, green pepper and onion rings. Cook turkey until no longer pink and green pepper is tender. Add tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, the Italian seasoning, oregano, pepper and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. In medium bowl, blend milk and egg. Add macaroni; mix well. Spread macaroni mixture evenly in greased 14-inch pizza pan. Spoon meat mixture evenly over macaroni; top with cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven until hot, about 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
