BANANA PUDDING 
1 lg. (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (6 oz.) container sour cream
1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
3 c. milk
3 lg. bananas
1 box vanilla wafers

Put milk in large mixing bowl. Add the pudding mix and mix on low speed until it thickens. Add the sour cream and mix until it is mixed well (about 2 minutes). Fold the whipped topping into the mixture until it is well blended.

In a large dish place some of the pudding mixture in the bottom. Then a layer of wafers, then a layer of bananas. Repeat until dish is full, ending with pudding mixture on top. Sprinkle with vanilla wafer crumbs. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6 to 8.
