CREAMED CORN GULLIVER | |
1 lg. pkg. frozen corn 1 c. whipping cream 2 tsp. butter 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2-3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. Accent Place corn in large saucepan or crock pot. Add cream. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in salt, sugar and Accent. Melt butter in small pan and stir in flour. Do not brown. Stir butter-flour roux into corn, cook until slightly thickened. Simmer on low heat until corn thickens. |
