MACARONI-VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni 1 c. milk 1 (19 oz.) can tomatoes 1/2 c. shredded carrot 1 tsp. salt 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. soft bread crumbs 2 c. coarsely shredded cheddar cheese 1/3 c. onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place macaroni in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine all ingredients and stir mixture into macaroni. Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hours. Serves 6. |
