MACARONI & VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) box frozen mixed vegetables
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. shell macaroni (cooked)
1/2 c. chopped celery

SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar

Boil sauce 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool and add to vegetable mixture.
