“BARBECUE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN” IS IN:

BARBECUE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN 
1/2 c. vegetable, peanut, canola or light olive oil
1/2 c. chopped sweet onion
1/2 c. chopped green onions
5 garlic cloves
3-4 tablespoons honey, sugar or molasses
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons apple juice
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cups water

Sauté onions and garlic in oil until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat until thickened, about 30 minutes.
