SHRIMP IN LEMON BUTTER 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined

In 10 inch skillet melt butter. Add all ingredients except shrimp. Bring to boil. Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes at medium heat. Serve over rice.

RICE:

1 c. rice
1 can consomme
1 can water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
Optional: 2 tbsp. wild rice

In a small baking dish combine rice, liquids and salt. Add butter and onion on top. Bake partially covered with aluminum foil for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
