VASHTI'S FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 baked pie crust
3 ripe peaches

Peel peaches. Put into the blender. Then add:

1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook on slow heat until thick. Cool. Slice 3 or 4 additional peaches into cooled pie shell. Be sure they are ripe and sweet. Pour the blended, cooled peaches over the sliced peaches. Top with real whipped cream.
