PEACH PIE 
1 pie crust, baked 5 minutes
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 lemon
5 - 6 average sized peeled and sliced medium ripe peaches

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix into bowl egg, flour, sugar and lemon. Add to this bowl peaches. Mix the peaches so they are well coated. Place all ingredients in a pie crust. Drizzle some butter on pie, if desired. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot, warm or cold with whipped cream and - or ice cream.
