WHOLE PEACH PIE SURPRISE 
6 lg. ripe freestone peaches
2 all ready pie crusts

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
A little milk to make smooth sauce consistency

Wrap whole unpeeled peach in pie crust. Bake 400 degrees until pie crust is golden, about 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cut in half.

Remove pitt and drizzle sauce over each half. Also good with scoop of vanilla ice cream over peach and sauce.
