HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Cooked noodles or long grain & wild rice

Brown ground beef and onions together; drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Add butter. When melted, add sour cream and stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer until hot. Pour over noodles or rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
