EASY HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. beef bouillon
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 or 3 c. hot cooked egg noodles

Brown hamburger and onion in large skillet. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly 5 minutes. Add ketchup and bouillon. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over hot noodles.
