ANDREA'S EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
Wonderful with Dutch egg noodles or rice!

1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) tub dairy sour cream, divided
1 egg
fried onions (French's)
1 can refrigerator biscuits (Pillsbury)

Brown ground beef and drain off grease. Return to skillet. Add cream of mushroom soup. And half of dairy sour cream. Combine well over medium heat.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Put mixture from skillet into casserole dish. Place biscuits on top. Mix remaining sour cream with egg. Pour over entire casserole (including biscuits). Sprinkle fried onions on top (use desired amount).

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked.

Okay, Andrea, you've got a winner here! This Stroganoff is super easy and seriously comforting. I used egg noodles like the recipe suggested and they soaked up all that creamy, dreamy sauce. The biscuits on top were a genius touch - they got all golden and fluffy. My only advice? Don't be shy with the fried onions! 5 stars from me!
