HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
A dash of pepper
1 c. sour cream
Hot buttered noodles
3 slices of bacon, cut small
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Brown ground beef with bacon. Add onion and cook until tender, but not brown. Drain excess fat and add seasonings. Stir in mushroom soup and cook slowly, uncovered about 20 minutes stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Do not boil. Serve over buttered noodles.
