HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream
Noodles

Saute small cut-up onion in 1 tablespoon butter. Brown 1 pound ground beef, add 2 tablespoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 can mushrooms, drained, and 1 can mushroom soup. Cook 10 minutes uncovered. Stir in sour cream. Serve over warm cooked noodles or rice. Sprinkle with parsley.
