HAMBURG STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. flour
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute onions in the butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and saute until ground beef becomes brown, then add 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in 1 cup sour cream. Serve on noodles or rice.
