HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, undrained
1/4 c. chopped onions, optional
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked

Cook and drain ground beef. Return to pan and add cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, onions and seasonings. Stir and cook for 10 minutes. While noodles are cooking add sour cream to meat mixture and stir well. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve over noodles.
