DUCK DRESSING CASSEROLE 
2 sm. ducks
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stalk celery, cut in sm. pieces
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix, chicken flavor
1/4 c. chopped onion

Boil duck. Remove meat from bones. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to the package directions, using duck broth instead of water. Combine with all other ingredients. Bake in lightly greased casserole dish for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
