CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 to 3 lb. chicken, stewed boned and skinned
2 boxes Stove Top stuffing (cornbread)
1 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix stuffing according to package directions. Spread 1/2 stuffing in 13 x 9 baking pan. Layer chicken on top of stuffing. Mix 1/2 cup broth, sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Spread remaining stuffing on top. Pour remaining broth over top. Bake 45 minutes. Can be assembled ahead of time and baked next day or can be frozen.
