CHICKEN & DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) chicken, stewed, meat deboned (save broth)
1 stick butter
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Melt butter. Add stuffing and mix well. Spread 3/4 of mixture in a buttered casserole dish. Lay chicken pieces on top. Add drained mushrooms.

Combine sour cream, soup and 1 cup chicken broth. Mix well. Spoon this over chicken and dressing. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 stuffing mix over top and then pour remaining 1/2 cup chicken broth on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
