CHICKEN & DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 box Stove Top stuffing (cornbread) style
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (seasoned)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (3 lb.) chicken (cooked & deboned) save broth
1 stick butter

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm stuffing in pan. Place deboned chicken on top of stuffing. Cook the onions and green peppers in a little broth until tender. Mix in soup. Pour this over chicken. Mix the 2 packages of Stove Top stuffing together and sprinkle over top. Then pour about 1-1 1/2 cups broth over the whole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered. Can add more broth if you like real moist dressing.
