CHICKEN DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 steamed chicken, chopped in sm. pieces or 2 chicken breasts
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. sage
1 c. hot chicken broth

In a 9"x13" pan or oven proof dish mix melted butter with stuffing mix. Put half of mixture in bottom of pan or dish. Place chopped chicken pieces on top of crumbs. Mix sour cream and soup together and pour over chicken. Add sage to the remainder of stuffing. Spread on top of sour cream mixture. Then pour the hot chicken broth over all. Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
