CHERRY CRUNCH 
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 c. shortening
1 can cherry pie filling

Combine all ingredients except pie filling. Pat 2/3 of the dough into a greased 9 x 12 inch pan. Spread the pie filling over the dough and crumble the remaining dough over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

VARIATIONS: Blueberry or apple pie filing may be used. Also if desired, add 1/3 cup coconut to the remaining 1/3 cup dough before crumbling over the top.
