NO PEEK BEEF STEW 
In large casserole place:

1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots peeled and sliced
2 onions, cut in chunks
1 to 2 stalks celery, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
Lg. can tomato sauce
1/2 can water

Bake in covered container 5 to 6 hours at 250 degrees.
