QUICK CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits

TOP:

1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and egg. Blend until smooth. Separate dough. Place biscuits in ungreased 8" or 9" round pan. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Pour cream cheese mixture into crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
