MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. head Romaine lettuce
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 c. grated yellow cheese
1 white onion, diced
15 oz. kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) taco flavored tortilla chips (all but 15 are smashed)
1 c. Kraft 1000 Island dressing
2 tbsp. Jalepeno salsa, red

Wash and "dry" lettuce. brown ground beef, drain grease. Add beans. Rip lettuce apart, put in salad bowl. Add tomatoes, cheese, onion and tortilla, mix together. Put meat and bean mix over top. Top that with mixture of dressing and salsa. Place 15 chips over for garnish.
