BARBECUED MEATBALLS & SAUCE 
MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. chopped onions
Salt & pepper

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
6 tbsp. chopped onions

Mix sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Combine meatball ingredients and mix thoroughly. When milk is absorbed, wet tips of fingers and shape into balls. Fry slowly for 10 minutes or until brown on all sides. Put in casserole and cover with sauce. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 1 hour. (Casserole dish should be covered with lid or foil.)
