PARTY SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot pork sausage
3 c. Bisquick
8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Let sausage come to room temperature. With hands combine sausage, Bisquick and cheese. Roll into balls about the size of a gold ball and place on cookie sheet. "Important" Always freeze before baking. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

TIP: Can store in freezer for 2 or 3 months for convenience of later use.
