CALIFORNIA SOUFFLE 
12 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 lb. ham, cubed
25 green olives with pimento, sliced
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
12 pieces white bread without crusts
6 green onions, sliced

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange 6 pieces of bread on bottom of pan. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat. Mix eggs and milk, pour over bread and cheese. Top with ham, onions and olives. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake 50 minutes. Serves 12.
