CAESAR SALAD DRESSING 
1 med. chopped onion
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 - 1 can flat anchovies
2 tbsp. water
1 qt. vegetable oil
3 broken eggs
1/4 tsp. dried mustard
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Blend onion, wine, vinegar, lemon juice, anchovies and water. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over romaine and freshly grated Parmesan cheese and toss with croutons.
