1-2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/3 c. wine vinegar 1 can anchovies with oil (add enough oil to make 1 cup) Use blender or food processor and blend the above. 1/2 lemon, juiced Run machine until well blended. This is better if made ahead so flavors can blend well. It can be stored in the refrigerator. Pour over Romaine and add croutons and generous amount of Parmesan cheese. |
