CAESAR SALAD DRESSING 
Preparation time: 10 minutes. Will keep for a few weeks in refrigerator. In blender combine:

4 eggs
1 c. olive oil
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 can flat anchovies
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Serve with croutons and Romaine lettuce. Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups dressing. Everyone LOVES this dressing.
