OKLAHOMA CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. shredded cheese
2/3 c. crumbled pork skins

Combine cornmeal, salt and baking powder; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly moistened.

Pour batter into hot, greased 10 1/2 inch skillet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until center tests done.
