OKLAHOMA DIP 
1 lb. ground beef (hamburger)
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
1 lg. Velveeta cheese
1 lg jar salad (hot or mild)

Brown the meats in a large skillet and drain the fat. Cube Velveeta into the browned meats until melted using low heat and stir so cheese will not scorch. Add salsa and keep heated. Serve with tortilla chips.
