1 c. whipping cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. sweet chocolate, grated
4 c. hot brewed coffee

In medium bowl beat whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla on low speed until soft peaks form. Fold in chocolate. Pour the hot coffee into 6 mugs or Irish type coffee cups. Pipe or spoon 1/6 of the whipped cream mxiture over the coffee. Serve at once.
