MOUSSE DE CAFE - CROW'S NEST,

2 egg whites, beat stiff
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
2 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. sliced nuts

Beat egg whites stiff, add coffee, salt, 4 tablespoons sugar, beating satiny, slowly add cream and 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla, beating stiff. Fold in nuts. Spoon into dishes and freeze. Defrost 20 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
