QUICK SKILLET 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. shortening
2 c. hot water
1 can tomatoes, cut up
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni

Brown beef and onion in shortening. Drain excess fat. Stir in water and next 5 ingredients. Add macaroni; mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered 15-20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 5 servings.
