GINGER PEAR MUFFINS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp. molasses
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. pears, diced
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients. In medium bowl, mix next 4 ingredients. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just until moistened. Add pears, raisins and nuts. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins and bake 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
