GINGER OAT BRAN COOKIES | |
No stick cooking spray 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/3 c. (5 1/3 tbsp.) butter, softened 1/4 c. skim milk 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Martha White Oat Bran Muffin Mix 1 1/2 tsp. ginger Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheets with no stick cooking spray; set aside. Cream sugar and butter in a mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Drop by level tablespoon two inches apart onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks. Makes about 30 (2 inch) cookies. Only 53 calories per cookie. |
