1/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
1 pkg. Washington Bran Muffin Mix (7 oz.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar, add egg add mix. Blend well. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Press flat with fork dipped in water.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 20 to 24 cookies.
